STEP 1

STEP 2
Get Pre-Qualified for a Mortgage.
Choose a Mortgage Broker or a Bank that you trust.

STEP 3
Find your home!
Here is where we come in to play...
Search below and find some properties in the area that you want...
Click on the appropriate area to be taken to the listings based on price range...

Locate 3 or 4 good properties to visit.
STEP 4
CALL ME TO SEE THE PROPERTIES
Call me or text at 604-719-3805
Let me know the MLS numbers of the homes you are interested in seeing...
I will then set up the appointments and we can go view the homes together.
STEP 5
Once we find the home for you, WE MAKE THE OFFER!!
The offer will be made by you and negotiated by us on your behalf.
The offer will contain contingencies (subjects) that will protect you while you do your due diligence (financing, inspection, review of Title and Property Disclosure Statement, etc.)
Once those contingencies have been satisfied, (Usually a week to 10 days) we remove them and your offer becomes FIRM...
STEP 6
You choose a Notary or Lawyer to transfer (Convey) the property.
These fees are generally under $1000 and we have a number of Lawyers that can help you.

STEP 7
Pack, Get Truck or Movers Ready, Wait and sign papers.
About 2 weeks before completion of the property, you should have heard from your Lawyer scheduling a time for you to come in and sign papers.
If you get to that point, and have not heard from them, please call them and find out when you go in.
GET YOUR UTILITIES CHANGED INTO YOUR NAME
Hydro, Gas, Cable, etc.
Contact everyone and let them know your new address!!!
THEN MOVE!
